In June, McLean, 32, appeared to suggest her marriage was in trouble after she posted a series of messages on Twitter asking her husband when he was going to return home to her and their two children. Williams, a former footballer, now runs his own concierge business in Las Vegas and as a result, he can spend a number of weeks at a time in the US city. However, on the last occasion, Williams failed to return home when he was supposed to. Leaked footage later appeared to show the father-of-two flirting with a woman in a Las Vegas nightclub.
Now, McLean has spoken out and said she believes her estranged partner has been unfaithful.
Speaking to the magazine, she admitted: "I've known my marriage has been over for months, but I've been fighting it. I'm the lowest I've ever felt.
"Everyone sees me as a strong, hard-faced b***h, when actually I'm just an insecure girl who wants her marriage to work.
"I'm not perfect, but I've been 100 per cent faithful to my husband, marriage and children, and I can take that away from this."
The magazine said it attempted to contact Williams regarding his wife's claims. After some colourful language, he said he was not interested in talking to them.
McLean and Williams tied the knot in June 2009. They have two sons together, Rocky, eight, and four-year-old Striker.
