The reality television star made the revelation as she appeared on America's Today show.
When asked about plans for expanding her family, the 33-year-old said: "If I could just snap my fingers and have four, I'd have four.
"But I do realise I'm going to have to go through the pregnancy again, [and my first] was a really difficult pregnancy so it's tough. Of course I want to have another child. I would love two more but we'll see."
"I'm going to have one more and see what it's like," she added.
Kardashian and West first started dating in April 2012. In December of that year, it was confirmed the couple were expecting their first child together. They welcomed a daughter, North 'Nori' West, in June 2013 and in October, the pair announced their engagement.
They married in May this year in a lavish ceremony in Florence, Italy.
