Katie Price has hit out at newspaper reports which claimed her newborn daughter was "only" born two weeks premature.
A report in the Daily Mail last week claimed that Price was due to have a planned C-section at a private hospital in London on 15 August. The former model was rushed to hospital at the start of the month, however, and confirmed she had given birth to her fifth child on 4 August.
She has now criticised reports saying she gave birth a couple of weeks early.
She wrote: "Just for the record dailymail got all info wrong about our baby she is very premature and don't appreciate lies at this very sensitive time (sic)."
The 36-year-old added: "Anything weeks before 37 weeks is regarded premature so who ever said she is 2 weeks early obviously knows s**t."
Price and her husband Kieran Hayler, 27, welcomed their second child together earlier this month. As of yet, they have not released the name of their daughter. The birth follows a turbulent time for the couple. In May, they announced they were expecting again, but just days later Price said she was to divorce her husband after she discovered he had been unfaithful. She has since said she will stand by him.
The couple tied the knot in January 2012 just weeks after they first started dating. They welcomed their first child together, a son named Jett, last year. While Hayler is now a father-of-two, his wife is also a mum to Harvey, 12, Junior, eight, and six-year-old Princess from previous relationships.
