Over the last few weeks, the model has suggested that her relationship with husband Tom Williams is in trouble, and she has once taken to the social networking site Twitter to post a series of cryptic messages.
Earlier this year, the 32-year-old sent her husband a number of public tweets asking when he would be returning home to the UK to see her and the couple's two children. Williams, a former footballer, now runs his own concierge business in Las Vegas. As a result, the job means that he can spend weeks away from his family as they are still based in the UK. While Williams did not publicly respond to the tweets, many of his wife's friends jumped to her defence and criticised him for "forgetting" about his family.
He eventually did return to the UK, but it is thought the couple's troubles have only deepened.
On Tuesday, the mum-of-two appeared to suggest another woman is to blame for the breakdown of her relationship. She wrote: "Someone's going to be a happy girl #s**g #nomorals #karma"
The message seemingly supports a footage that was recently leaked which shows Williams allegedly flirting with another woman in a nightclub.
She also updated her Instagram account, sharing the quote: "Sometimes life will f*** you and you'll just have to change position and enjoy it somehow."
She is also understood to have tagged her friend Danielle O'Hara in the post. O'Hara recently ended her marriage to footballer Jamie after claims he was unfaithful.
McLean and Williams tied the knot in June 2009. They have two children together, sons Rocky and Striker.
