According to Now magazine, the radio DJ said: "He [Rex] calls me Daddy, which is lovely. He's so cute. He can say the cat's name, Ruby, but he still can't say Mummy!"
Cotton, 32, and her husband Jesse Wood welcomed their son in February 2013. The couple have been in a relationship since 2011. They married in a small, private ceremony in London last month.
