Christina Ricci Welcomes First Child

Christina Ricci has reportedly given birth to her first child.

According to US media reports, the actress welcomed a baby boy. It is the first child for Ricci and her husband James Heerdegen.

The couple first met on the set of television series Pan Am in 2012; Ricci was cast as one of the lead roles, while Heerdegen worked as a dolly grip. They announced their engagement in February 2013 and married in Manhattan, New York, that October. In May this year, they confirmed they were expecting their first child together after the 34-year-old was spotted with a visible baby bump.


Speaking to Us Weekly at the time, Ricci revealed that she couldn't wait to become a mother.
