It has been reported that Kieran Hayler was by his wife's side as she gave birth to their baby girl.
On Monday, it was revealed that Katie Price had been admitted to hospital and had to undergo an emergency Caesarean. Their daughter, who has not yet been named, was born 11 days early.
At the time, it was not known if Hayler was present at the birth, but according to The Sun, he remained by his partner's side.
The confusion comes after a turbulent time in the couple's relationship. In May, just days after discovering she was six-months pregnant, Price said she was to divorce her husband following claims he had been unfaithful. She later suggested that those plans were on hold, as she was willing to give their relationship another chance.
A source is quoted by the paper as saying: "Kieran proved himself to Katie over the last week. He was dressed in scrubs for the operation and she loved it. She joked that the last time he was in clothes like that was for a stripping routine."
They added: "[Katie] feels like the birth of his daughter has made him see the light."
News of the birth was confirmed by Price's publicist, but the couple has not spoken out on their new arrival.
Price and Hayler married in the Bahamas in January 2013, a number of weeks after they started dating. They welcomed their first child together, a son named Jett Riveria, in August 2013. While it was the first child for Hayler, Price is also a mother to Harvey, 12, Junior, eight, and six-year-old Princess from previous relationships.
