Last week, it was claimed the former Miss England walked out of the family home after her partner was alleged to have been unfaithful. The 30-year-old has since been spotted on holiday in Dubai with the couple's three sons, while Jamie has stayed at their home in the UK.
News that their marriage is over comes just days after Danielle changed her Twitter profile picture from one of her in her wedding dress, to a selfie. She also replaced her cover photo, from one of her and her husband on their wedding day, to a montage of photos of her sons. In addition, it has since been revealed that the couple's marital home, a £2.3m mansion in Sutton Coldfield, has been put up for sale.
Neither Danielle or Jamie have commented on the infidelity reports or rumoured separation, but according to The Sun on Sunday, the mum-of-three has chosen to end the marriage.
An insider is quoted by the paper as saying: "Danielle says it's definitely over. She is devastated and her boys are her priority right now. She needed a break away to think, but she knows that she has some serious decisions to make when she returns home."
In a separate report by the Sunday Mirror, however, her footballer-husband is not willing to give up and is trying to win his partner back.
A source claimed: "Jamie is grovelling and doing everything he can to try to win her back, but she's having none of it. She's so, so angry and is sticking to her guns – she feels totally humiliated and isn't going to be seen as a pushover.
"He clearly feels guilty, but it doesn't look like his apologies are going to be enough. She feels totally betrayed and is determined to come out of this with her dignity."
The O'Hara's first announced their engagement in December 2009, before marrying in a lavish ceremony at Syon Park in London in May 2012. They have three sons together; Archie, Harry and George.
