The socialite, who is married to Giorgio Vironi, revealed the news in an interview with Hello! magazine.
Beckwith, 44, is already a mum to two girls – 27-year-old Anouska and Violet, five – but it is understood that she is expecting a baby boy, who is due in November.
Speaking to the publication, the gallery owner said her eldest daughter was surprised at the pregnancy news, especially as Beckwith had suffered two miscarriages previously.
"When you've been lucky to have two gorgeous girls, I think you should just be grateful," the expectant mother admitted. "I would never have had IVF, so I thought that was that.
"I am quite matter-of-fact about those things; what will be, will be. I had my eggs looked at and the doctor told me if I really wanted to have a baby, I needed to do it properly, but I'm just not one of those girls who could get it together with a chart and an ovulation stick."
Beckwith and Veroni, a construction heir, tied the knot in Venice in August 2007. Their daughter, Violet, was born in January 2009. The socialite's eldest daughter is from a previous relationship.
