According to reports, the pair were spotted having dinner together in West London earlier this week and holding hands, all while trying to go unnoticed.
The couple originally started dating in April 2011, but ended their relationship in February 2012.
Following their separation, Gandy suggested that his girlfriend had struggled with his "perfectionism".
Speaking to Men's Health at the time, the 34-year-old said: "My perfectionism can make it difficult. I know my ex-girlfriend struggled. Things have to be perfect – everything in the house, every car I buy. That's incredibly hard to live with if you don't understand it."
However, King, 27, in a recent interview also described herself as being "quite high-maintenance as a girlfriend," before adding: "I've learnt to be more laid-back in relationships."
