In February, the couple announced they were to separate after nearly nine years of marriage. Patton is said to have moved out of the marital home around that time. She has remained quiet on the couple's split, however, 37-year-old Thicke has publicly tried to win his partner back on a number of occasions. With the news that the family home is now on the market for almost £1.8m, TMZ has reported that the singer has finally accepted the marriage is over.
While neither part has yet filed for divorce, it is thought that an attorney is working on separating the couple's assets.
The couple first met in 1991 and started dating two years later. They married in 2005 and have a four-year-old son, Julian, together. In February 2014, it was confirmed that the couple had decided to separate. In an interview earlier this month, the singer denied the relationship ended because he had been unfaithful; instead, he said it was because he had become a little too "selfish" and "greedy".
