According to TMZ, Hogan, 74, will retain the family home in Venice, California, as well as the rights to his Crocodile Dundee character – and the production company behind the famous movies.
Kozlowski, 56, who starred alongside her husband in the movies, will carry on living in the Venice-property until 2018, or until she remarries. She will also have the option to purchase the property for its initial selling price of $1.59m. It is understood she has also received a payout of around $5.7m from her former partner.
They will share custody of their son, 15-year-old Chance.
Kozlowski filed for divorce in October 2013, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their separation. The couple married in 1990. A representative has said the couple remain "on friendly terms".
