It will be the second time the couple have chosen to end their marriage.
According to TMZ, Janowicz, 32, filed legal documents earlier this week in a move to end the couple's eight-year union. The pair married in June 2006 in Melbourne, Australia, after three years of dating. However, just six months into their relationship, 32-year-old de Ravin filed for divorce. It is understood the papers lay dormant for two years though and no legal papers were served to Janowicz until 2009. Announcing that they were to divorce, the couple never did and decided to give their romance another try.
The new divorce papers are said to cite "irreconcilable differences" as the reason behind the split, while also revealing that the pair have been separated since November.
