The Only Way Is Essex star confirmed she had become a mother on Thursday afternoon.
Taking to her Twitter account, she told her followers: "We are so excited to announce the birth of our beautiful baby girl... We are so happy and the proudest mummy and daddy in the world."
Her fiancé, Greg Shepherd, added: "So proud to announce the birth of my beautiful baby girl @BillieFaiers was amazing love you both so much #babyshep."
The couple were quickly inundated with congratulatory messages with Billie's sister Sam writing: "Am the proudest auntie in the whole world my baby niece is perfect. (sic)", while Faier's co-star Gemma Collins said: "So congrats the baby of Essex is here so much love to @BillieFaiers @Gregshepherd @SamanthaFaiers amazing lovely happy times z. (sic)"
Faiers, 24, and Shepherd announced in January that they were expecting their first child together. They have been in a relationship for two years.
