The couple, who have been in a relationship for six weeks, spoke of their love for each other in an interview with OK! magazine.
Sims and Wright each have a child of their own from previous relationships, but they have now said they wish to have more children in the future.
Speaking to the publication, Wright admitted: "I'd get married again if I met the right girl. Marriage is a beautiful thing. Would I have kids again? Yes."
The couple added that they are in "love" but are "taking it slow".
He added: "I said it [I love you] to her in a very romantic state and said that if I was to fall in love again it would be with someone like Chloe."
His partner was equally as besotted saying: "I'm hoping it's going to be a long-term relationship.
"When he moves out of my house, if I don't like it, I will say to him: 'I think we should sort this out.' He's pretty much what I've been looking for.
"We might be together forever – if he plays his cards right!"
