The couple tied the knot in a small, intimate ceremony in front of their close family and friends on Friday. The wedding was held at a registry office in Richmond, London.
Among those in attendance, was Jesse's father, Ronnie Wood.
Cotton and her husband confirmed their engagement via Twitter in December 2013.
Just last month, in an interview with Red magazine, the 32-year-old admitted she couldn't wait to marry her fiancé.
She said at the time: "I can't wait to be a wife. It just feels really solid. I want to have the same surname. I want to feel like we've done it properly."
Cotton and Wood have been in a relationship since 2011. In August 2012, they confirmed they were expecting their first child together. Their son, Rex, was born in February 2013.
