According to reports, the pair Kerry Ford and Darren Prew are fans of hit television show and even dressed up as their favourite characters for the wedding.
After winning an online competition for the wedding, the couple decided to hold their ceremony at Eastnor Castle, Herefordshire. The groom was transformed into the show's famous warrior Jon Snow, while his bride was dressed as Daenerys Targaryen. But that wasn't everything 12 of their friends who attended the wedding were also transformed into characters from the show. A white horse transported Ms Ford to the venue, while her fiancι arrived with two dogs.
Commenting on how the idea for their wedding started, Ms Ford, 33, is quoted as saying: "I was on Facebook one evening and I saw an ad seeking couples to marry Game of Thrones style.
"I mentioned it to Darren. I said 'Who on earth would do that?' Little did I know that he then went online and applied without telling me."
Mr Prew, 37, added: "We were planning on getting married next year, but I knew we just had to go for it. I have been a massive Game of Thrones fan since the beginning, so having our biggest day styled in such an amazing way is a dream come true."
While Mr Prew is a plasterer, his wife is a professional cake maker and her skills came in handy as she spent two weeks creating her five-tier design.
She explained: "It comprises each of the Game of Thrones' houses. Then there are the wedding vows from Game of Thrones, King Joffrey's crown made out of chocolate and topped with the famous iron throne.
"It was almost a shame to see it eaten. I changed my mind over the design of this cake so many times, it's the most important cake I'll ever make."
