The singer-turned-actress added that she hasn't "given up" on love.
In an interview with The Mirror, the 38-year-old discussed how she was coping following her divorce from Jamie Lomas earlier this year.
She is quoted as saying: "Of course, I haven't given up on love.
"Yes, it has been a year of adjustments. And going through a break-up is stressful no matter who you are. But it hasn't made me bitter or made me rule out getting married again.
"You never know what the future holds, and one of the things I have learnt is to have no regrets and never say never."
Following her separation from Jamie, Marsh was reported to be in a relationship with Dan Hooper. She initially denied the claims, but then hit out when she was accused of "stealing" Hooper from his ex-partner Stephanie Waring. Hooper has a young daughter with Waring.
Marsh, a mum of three, started dating Hollyoaks actor Lomas in July 2008. In March 2011, the actress gave birth to their daughter, Polly. In September 2012 Marsh and Lomas married. Just over a year later, in October 2013, the couple announced they were to divorce, with Kym citing "unreasonable behaviour". Their divorce was finalised in January this year.
Prior to her relationship with Lomas, Marsh was married to another actor, Jack Ryder. The pair tied the knot in August 2002 but in March 2008, they had confirmed they had ended their relationship and were to divorce.
Marsh is also a mum to son, David, and daughter, Emilie, from a previous relationship.
