According to The Sun, the boxing legend and his partner, Jennifer Dooley, had a blazing row during a recent holiday to Tenerife.
It is thought the former two-weight world champion had flown to Lanzarote to watch a boxing match, but he later "went off the radar" after going out for a drink. He showed up, two days later, at the family's home in Greater Manchester where his "furious" fiancée was waiting.
A source, who did not want to be named, is quoted by the paper as saying: "Jennifer stood at the airport desperately ringing his mobile. She was humiliated and furious."
Hatton is now thought to have moved out of the £3m property for the second time. In December 2013, the sportsman moved out following a row with his partner. Shortly afterwards he told the Manchester Evening News: "Me and Jennifer are working through our difficulties. We are no different to anybody else except my life is under the spotlight because of who I am."
He is only thought to have returned to his family last month.
Hatton and Dooley have two children together; Millie, two, and 10-month-old Fearne.
