Speaking to The Herald at the Pride of Ireland awards, the television presenter – who is originally from County Down – remained relatively quiet about her wedding plans, but when asked if the event was likely to take place in her native homeland, she replied, "maybe".
The 35-year-old is understood to be wanting a low-key wedding.
She said: "Wedding plans are going good. I really love it here [Ireland], but I will be keeping the date to myself."
"I have been to Dublin a good bit, I was here about three months ago for a weekend. We always have a good time here," she added.
Bleakley and Lampard have been in a relationship since 2009. The couple announced their engagement in June 2011.
