Liberty, 35, filed for a divorce last year after it emerged her husband Rupert, 43, had been having an affair with Kristen Stewart, 24.
TMZ reports the the divorce has been settled, and the actress has apparently received over half of their martial assets . The website claims legal documents show Rupert gave Liberty his interest in their Hollywood mansion worth $2 million.
A source told the website: "He paid her guilt money."
The pair have two children together.
