According to the publication, celebrity trainer Gunnar Patterson said Rob got in touch after he got back from Italy, where he failed to attend Kimye's wedding because he felt too fat to pose for photographs.
Gunnar said that Rob wants workouts every day this week, continuing the intensity until the fat has gone.
Gunnar said Rob is "locked and loaded".
