The actress, 32, is said to have told her family and friends that she and boyfriend Hayden Christensen are to become parents, Us Weekly claims.
The couple first met in 2007 on the set of sci-fi movie Jumper. They announced their engagement in December 2008, but decided to end their relationship in August 2010. They reunited a few months later.
Bilson and Christensen have yet to comment on the speculation, but in an interview with Cosmopolitan last year, the actress admitted she did want to start a family.
At the time, she said: "I definitely have family on the brain. Having kids is something I want to see in my future - I hope."
