Westbrook, 40, who was joined on the trip by her 24-year-old fiancé Tom Richards, was also sporting a small baby bump, The Sun has claimed.
An insider is quoted as saying: "They are both over the moon. It's not something they planned but their romance has been intense.
"People may turn their noses up at the fact they've only been together three months but they're really in love."
While Westbrook and Richards have yet to comment on the baby rumours, the actress told Closer magazine earlier this month: "We are trying for a baby now, I can't wait to get pregnant!
"He's [Richards] not a baby, all his milk teeth have fallen out. He's ready to be a dad. I'm broody and I want to have a baby with him. He'll be a great father."
Westbrook is already a mum of two. She has a daughter, Jody, and a 17-year-old son called Kai. She recently separated from her husband of 13 years, Kevin Jenkins.
