The actor, who shot to fame in Breaking Bad, is preparing to celebrate his first wedding anniversary with wife Lauren Parsekian, and speaking to People magazine, the 34-year-old admitted the year has "flown by – blink of an eye."
The couple were attending the Open Hearts Foundation's Annual Gala at Jane Seymour's Malibu mansion where Parsekian was being honoured for her work on the anti-bullying 'Kind Campaign', when he added: "We're going strong. Marriage is the greatest thing that has ever happened. Look how cute she is.
"I couldn't be more proud of her. I feel so blessed to be able to share this evening with her – let's be honest, I feel blessed to share any evening with her.
"The back of my head hurts from smiling so much. I always sit back and applaud her on a day-to-day basis. It's nice to see everyone else applaud her tonight."
Meanwhile, his partner added that they were planning to go "somewhere fun" to celebrate their anniversary.
"It'll be an awesome time. It's been an amazing year. It's flown by," she said.
Paul and Parsekian married on 26 May 2013 in a 1920s Parisian carnival-themed wedding in Malibu. They have been in a relationship since 2011.
