Katie Price has reportedly said she will allow her estranged husband Kieran Hayler to be present at the birth of their second child.
Earlier this month, Price, 35, confirmed the couple were expecting their second child together. Just a couple of days later, however, the former model then publicly shamed her husband – and best friend Jane Pountney – after she discovered they were having an affair.
Taking to Twitter, Price described Hayler as a "disgusting human being", while she labelled Ms Pountney, 49, a "homewrecker".
Despite being left heartbroken by the discovery, a source is quoted by The Sun on Sunday as saying that the mum of five wants her former partner to be there for the birth of their child.
They explained: "He's [Hayler] been a fool but it's still his child and she doesn't want to go through childbirth alone."
When Price first broke the news, Poutney's husband was quick to dismiss the allegations as "a storm in a teacup" and that the affair was actually more like "a drunken kiss". His wife has since confirmed she had an affair with Hayler, which is understood to have lasted for seven months.
Price and Hayler, who is a builder and part-time stripper, married in the Bahamas in January 2013 just weeks after they started dating. They welcomed their first child together, a son named Jett Riveria, in August 2013. While it was the first child for Hayler, Price is also a mother to Harvey, 12, Junior, eight, and six-year-old Princess from previous relationships.
