In a series of tweets, the 33-year-old addressed reports about her wedding dress, the guest list for the big day and whether the event will be televised.
She wrote: "1. We are not married yet!
"2. We are not filming our wedding for Keeping Up with the Kardashians. You will see everything leading up til & maybe even photos (sic)
"As much as we would love to share these memories, privacy is our main priority.
"3. No guest list has been released. Seeing fake ones. Especially not 1600 people invited like I just read. Its VERY small & intimate."
She added that photos of her wedding dress are "fake" as no one has seen it, explaining that any images circulating are "old or photo shopped", before finishing with a definitive: "That's its! Unless you hear it from us please don't believe nonsense! (sic)".
Kardashian, 33, and West, 36, are expected to tie the knot later this month. The couple have been in a relationship since April 2012. In December 2012, it was confirmed they were expecting their first child together. The pair welcomed a daughter, North 'Nori' West, the following June and in October 2013, they announced their engagement.
