She told her fans: "Yes I am having a new lovely baby children are such a blessing and I'm grateful to God for my new little gift (sic)".
The singer, 27, later posted a photograph of a sonogram alongside a poem by an unknown author.
It is not yet known who the father of her third child is, but in December last year, the mum-of-two told The Mirror that she was in a relationship. At the time, she wrote: "We've been together a year now. He's lovely and he looks after the kids. He goes fishing with my son."
Ferguson is already a mother to two children, Lillie May and Karl from a previous relationship.
