The new father posted a fun picture to his Instagram account on Tuesday (1 April) to show his fans.
In the photo, 28-year-old Fletcher is lying on his back on the floor while his son, Buzz Michelangelo, is lying sleeping on his chest. Tom, who is topless in the picture, then appears to flex his muscles while his son continues to snuggle against him.
The photo is simply captioned: "Tummy time with Dad."
Last month, Fletcher and his wife Giovanna released a video which documented the couple's journey throughout the pregnancy. At the end of the video, fans also got their first look at the couple's son.
Tom and Giovanna, who are childhood sweethearts, announced they were expecting their first child in a Halloween-themed video message last year. The couple tied the knot in May 2012.
