The singer and her boyfriend, 5ive star Ritchie Neville, announced the news in an interview with OK! magazine.
Hamilton is understood to be three months pregnant, and the 31-year-old described the news as a "miracle".
The Atomic Kitten singer and her partner have known each other for a number of years as both were in bands around the same time in the early 2000s. However, they were reunited last year as they filmed ITV's 'The Big Reunion' and became close, spending a lot of time together during the show. It was later revealed that Ritchie had moved back to the UK from Australia and the couple had started a relationship.
Discussing her latest pregnancy, Hamilton admitted: "It's a complete miracle, but I've had the worst morning sickness ever."
She also revealed that the pair attended their baby's first scan together. "After the first scan I could breathe - Ritchie went into panic mode."
This will be the first child for Ritchie Neville, 34, while his girlfriend is already a mum of three, but the singer said he is looking forward to becoming a father.
"I want to be a hands-on dad," he said. "Tash will be feeding the baby and I'll be feeding her sandwiches.
"Natasha's stuck with me forever now, no matter what happens."
Hamilton is a mum to Josh, 10, whose father is nightclub owner Fran Cosgrave and Harry, eight, from her relationship with dancer Gavin Hatcher. Last summer, Natasha separated from her husband Riad Erraji after six years of marriage. They have a son together, three-year-old Alfie.
