Close family and friends of the fashion designed attended the private ceremony in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
Ms Scott, 49, was found dead at her New York apartment on 17 March. She had committed suicide.
Following the news of his long-term partner's death, Sir Mick shared a personal message on his band's website. At the time, he wrote: "I am still struggling to understand how my lover and best friend could end her life in this tragic way.
"We spent many wonderful years together and had made a great life for ourselves. She had great presence and her talent was much admired, not least by me.
"I have been touched by the tributes that people have paid to her, and also the personal messages of support that I have received. I will never forget her."
Jagger, 70, and Scott had been in a relationship since 2001.
