Faiers came fifth on this year's show and following her release from the house in last night's final was quickly asked by host Emma Willis about a potential relationship.
The 23-year-old didn't rule out romance, admitting that the pair could start seeing each other.
She said: "Me and Ollie haven't even had a conversation. He said he would ask me on a date and if he asked me again I want to go."
During their time in the house, both Faiers and Locke, who stars in reality television show Made In Chelsea, were seen flirting with other and hinted that there was something more than friendship developing between them. Neither discussed the issue in the house however, until the final night when Locke admitted told Faiers: "The thing that I'm going to miss the most is being able to wake up every day and spend 24 hours with someone who I really like. That's rare in any form of way to like someone.
"However, you know I like you and I think this is the last I'm going to say on it because it's very much in your court what happens in the future."
Later, she returned the compliment saying: "Ollie, I'll miss everyday waking up and spending time with you, which has been amazing. You have been my right side person in this house.
"Everything I've done, you've been there for me. When I've not been well, you've always made me smile."
