The pair are currently starring in this year's Celebrity Big Brother and there has been much speculation as to whether the couple will pursue a relationship once the show comes to an end.
Locke made the confession as the final few housemates had a formal meal in the house for their final night. The scenes, which will air tonight, reveal Locke telling the TOWIE star: "The thing that I'm going to miss the most is being able to wake up every day and spend 24 hours with someone who I really like. That's rare in any form of way to like someone.
"However, you know I like you and...I think this is the last I'm going to say on it because it's very much in your court what happens in the future."
Later, Faiers returned the compliment as she said: "Ollie, I'll miss everyday waking up and spending time with you, which has been amazing. You have been my right side person in this house.
"Everything I've done, you've been there for me. When I've not been well, you've always made me smile."
