The couple welcomed their first child together earlier this month.
The 'Mysterious Girl' singer was asked by one of his followers on Twitter what the name of the new arrival was when he made the revelation.
He tweeted back: "Haha she is a mysterious girl. No name yet. Still have time. Want the kids to help choose :)) (sic)".
Andre, 40, is already a father to Junior, eight, and Princess, six, from his former marriage to Katie Price.
Rumours that Andre and 24-year-old MacDonagh had welcomed their baby first emerged on the social networking site last week when visitors at the Musgrove Park Hospital in Somerset claimed to have seen the couple around. Andre later confirmed the news.
At the time, he wrote: "Now that I have had the opportunity to tell Junior & Pringles [Princess], we are very happy to announce the safe arrival of our beautiful baby girl :)
"We are extremely thrilled and mum and bubba are doing fine. We are looking forward t a nice quiet couple of weeks getting to know our baby (sic)."
No other details about the birth have been released.
Andre and MacDonagh have been dating since July 2010.
