The reality television star revealed the news via her Twitter account on Tuesday (7 January).
The confirmation comes after rumours emerged earlier this month after Faiers was spotted with what appeared to be a small baby bump.
The 23-year-old boutique owner said she and her long-time boyfriend, Greg Shepherd, are "so excited" at becoming parents.
She wrote: "I am so happy to tell you all, that Greg and I are expecting out first baby! We are so excited!! Thank you for all of your kind messages."
The couple, who have been in a relationship for two years, were quickly congratulated by other members of the TOWIE cast.
Ricky Rayment tweeted: "@BillieFaiers @Gregshepherd_ congratulations to u both!! Amazing news xxx", while Lauren Pope sent Faiers an emojicon of a baby's face, adding: "@BillieFaiers Congratulations!!!"
