Coronation Street star Jack P Shepherd and long-term girlfriend Lauren Shippey have welcomed the arrival of their second child together.
Shippey gave birth to a boy on Tuesday night. He was two weeks overdue.
Taking to Twitter, the actor confirmed he had become a father again.
He wrote: "Baby's here! Thank The Lord, a boy Reuben. 8 pound 12 Masssssive! Was born yesterday night at 22:40 Lauren and Reuben are doing fine. X (sic)"
The couple, who are already parents to a four-year-old girl named Nyla, announced in May that they were adding to their family.
Shepherd and Shippey have been in a relationship since they were 14. In 2010, they hit a troubled patch after the actor was alleged to have fathered a son when he had a one-night stand with another woman.
