The musician will also retain rights to all his musical businesses, including The White Stripes, The Raconteurs, Dead Weather and his record label, Third Man Records.
The pair tied the knot in Nashville in 2005, and in May 2006, they welcomed a daughter, Scarlett. Their second child, Henry Lee, was born in August 2007. Last year, Elson filed for divorce. The couple's separation started amicably, but soon turned nasty when the model filed for a restraining order against her estranged partner.
She accused White of threatening her and the children, a claim which the musician denied.
