Speaking to E! News, the rep added that the Kardashian and her fiancé, Kanye West, have not decided on a location, date or wedding planner. They were responding to an earlier report in Us Weekly that claimed the couple were to marry at the palace in France.
A source is quoted by the publication as saying: "Kanye has never been married and wants a big [wedding].
"They are not working with a budget."
Kardashian, 33, previously splashed out millions on her wedding to Kris Humphries in 2011. The Hollywood Reporter later said the wedding cost around $6m. Their marriage only lasted for 72 days, when Kardashian filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.
In October, the mum-of-one told talk show host Jay Leno that she would like to marry somewhere other than the US. She said: "Some place, like, Parisian. I mean, who knows? I got pregnant when we were in Italy. Maybe Italy. We haven't even talked about it, but I want something really special. Maybe I'll pick the place, and then he can plan it. We'll compromise."
