Olly Murs has confirmed he is in a relationship.
Earlier this year, it had been reported that the former X Factor star was dating commercial property manager Francesca Thomas after they met at last year's V Festival.
Murs, 29, has remained quiet on the speculation, but finally confirmed the pair were in a relationship in an interview with Notebook magazine.
Speaking about his love interest, Murs said: "Now everyone knows I have a girlfriend, but being in the public eye can ruin everything.
"It'd be different if I was dating a celebrity but I want to give this a chance to blossom – and being in the industry makes it a hundred times harder."
The singer also added that he doesn't think his fans will mind the fact that he is no longer a single man.
"If each member of One Direction can have girlfriends and be OK, I'm sure I can," he said.
