The singer and his wife, Ayda Field, welcomed their first child – Theodora 'Teddy' Rose – in September 2012, and the 39-year-old revealed he has been "contented" ever since he heard his daughter say she loves him.
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, Williams said: "I was in the bedroom with Theodora Rose, we play this game where we just look out of the window and wave at people.
"I said, 'I love you,' and baby girl went, 'I wove you.' Ouch.
"That's all that matters now, that has given me the gift of being contented, all I want to do is be her dad..."
He also shared his worries that his child could grow up and meet someone like him, but added that he hopes she will make "good choices".
Speaking to his biographer Chris Health, he added: "I'm playing around that she might meet somebody like me when she's 16 to 36, whatever – and what she should do, if she does.
"But, I reckon that a young human – and any human – needs love and time and respect, and if we give her love, time and respect, then I believe she's gonna make good choices.
"That's what I hope anyway, fingers crossed."
