The former Westlife singer confirmed the news on Twitter.
He wrote: "Our beautiful Baby Girl Gia.. Was born today at 1030am.
"She is absolutely beautiful,just like her mommy! We are thrilled. Nico,G,Rocco & Jay".
Byrne, and his wife Georgina Ahern, are already parents to six-year-old twins Rocco and Jay.
Byrne's former bandmate, Shane Filan, was quick to send a congratulatory message, saying: "Huge congrats to @GginaAhernByrne & @nickybyrneoffic on the arrival of their little princess Gia."
Byrne and Ahern first met they were around 12 years old. The teenage sweethearts married in August 2003 and in April 2007, they welcomed their twin sons into the world.
In April this year, the singer announced that the couple were expecting their third child.
