The Saturdays' singer gave birth to a baby boy, who the couple have named Parker, early on Friday morning.
The 24-year-old revealed the news via her Twitter page.
She wrote: "Wayne and I are so proud to say our little boy Parker Bridge was born this morning. 7lb 13oz. All doing well and absolutely besotted."
Her bandmates were quick to pass on their congratulations.
Frankie's The Saturdays bandmates were quick to pass on their well-wishes to the latest addition to the gang.
Mollie King tweeted: "So unbelievably happy for @FrankieTheSats & Wayne on this incredible day! I need to meet little Parker, I can't wait! I love him already."
Vanessa White added: "@FrankieTheSats a massive congratulations to you and Wayne!! I'm so excited to meet Parker!!!"
Una Healy wrote: "Huge congratulations to @FrankieTheSats and Wayne on the the birth of their darling baby boy Parker, so so excited to meet him!", while Rochelle Humes joked: "Massive congrats to @frankiethesats and Wayney! In May, Sandford confirmed the couple were expecting their first child together. The announcement came just weeks after they revealed they were engaged.
Sandford and footballer Bridge have been dating since December 2010.
