The ceremony, which was held at the Graceland Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, is the same venue the singer used when he tied the knot to his childhood sweetheart in 1989.
Bon Jovi were performing at the MGM Grand Garden Arena later in the evening, but he was able to make a surprise appearance at the ceremony of Branka Delic and Gonzalo Cladera on Saturday.
Earlier this year, Delic launched an online petition at BonJoviWalkMeDownTheAisle.com, and requested that the singer attend her wedding.
The singer later took to his Twitter account to wish the couple "a lifetime of happiness, love & memories together – ALWAYS".
Speaking afterwards, the bride is quoted as saying: "I have memories for life which I'll never forget.
"Such an amazing man to take time from his schedule to come walk this crazy Aussie down the aisle... Jon.... I salute."
