Kourtney Kardashian has settled allegations regarding the paternity of her son, Mason.
Michael Girgenti, a male model, recently claimed he was the biological father Kardashian's son, Mason. He filed a lawsuit seeking joint custody of the little boy. He also claimed that Mason looked nothing like Kardashian and Disick's one-year-old daughter, Penelope.
However, in a statement made to E! Online, the 34-year-old mum-of-two proved that her long-term partner Scott Disick is the father of her son.
She said: "After three and a half years of rumours and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason's father.
"While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies – especially when the truth was never in doubt – this story must be put to rest."
Kardashian began dating Disick in 2006 and have two children together. Their son Mason was born in December 2009 and their daughter Penelope was born in July 2012.
