Helen Flanagan has admitted she would like to adopt a baby next year.
The former Coronation Street actress made the revelation in a recent interview with OK! magazine.
The 23-year-old has previously spoken about her desire to have children when she was with her boyfriend Scott Sinclair, but the pair split earlier this year after the footballer was alleged to have been caught 'sexting' another woman.
She told the magazine: "I really wanted a baby with Scott, but I'll adopt one next year."
In May, a month before the couple split, Flanagan told The Mirror of her hopes of starting a family.
She explained: "I've always been really broody.
"We're thinking Christmas time - we've talked about it and everything. We don't know what will happen with his football or my career, so we'll see how things go."
The actress also sparked rumours of a reconciliation with Sinclair after they were spotted at the same club last week as Flanagan celebrated her birthday.
The couple have been dating since 2009 but dated on-and-off until their split in June.
