Helen Pearson, famous for playing Frankie Osbourne in television soap Hollyoaks, has been congratulated by her co-stars after it was revealed she tied the knot last weekend.
The 53-year-old actress took to Twitter yesterday (8 August) to confirm the news as well as share a number of photographs from her big day to her followers.
She wrote: "So we got married!!! I am the happiest girl alive. Honeymoon is rather cool too #mrsfaulker."
She later added: "So now I am Mrs Faulkner and the happiest girl on the planet. Thank you to all my lovely friends for the best day of my life #marriedgirl."
Among those to congratulate the actress, was Jazmine Franks, who plays Pearson's on-screen granddaughter. She wrote: "Massive congratulations to the coolest gran I know! @damehpearson is officially Mrs Faulkner! You look BEAUTIFUL! (sic) "
Pearson replied to her co-stars tweet by saying: "Oh god! Baby girl it was amazing! And so is the honey pad !!! So much to tell. We are one happy two peeps #smugas"
Nicole Barber-Lane, who plays Myra McQueen, added: "Congrats to ya both! Love love loves ya xxx"
While Emmett J Scanlan, who played Brendan Brady in the soap, said: "Massive love and congrats to the beautiful bride @damehpearson."
