According to The Sun, Ms Gwyther, who was alleged to have been fired last month for being "too close" to the singer, describes Gallagher as the "love of her life".
Photos first emerged of the couple together in Ibiza in July, but it has now been claimed that the pair were in a relationship before the news broke of his affair with New York journalist, Liza Ghorbani.
Ms Ghorbani claims she gave birth to Gallagher's baby girl, which then led to the breakdown of his marriage with Nicole Appleton.
A friend is quoted by the paper as saying: "Some of us think she's gone mad and have pointed out Liam appears to have four kids with four different women. But Debbie is besotted and convinced they have a future together."
It has also been reported that Gwyther has now split from her boyfriend and put their East London home on the market.
The insider added: ""He's been introduced to her friends as her new boyfriend. They love partying together and he was attracted to how honest he could be with her. Liam saw her as his right hand woman – the one person he could trust with everything."
A spokesman for Gallagher has refused to comment on the claims.
In addition to the "love child" reports, the former Oasis star is already a father to three. He has a 12-year-old son, Gene, with wife Nicole Appleton, Lennon, 13, with ex-wife Patsy Kensit, and Molly, 15, with Lisa Moorish, following an affair in 1997.
