The couple were reportedly said to have started rebuilding their marriage following allegations that Odom had previously been unfaithful, when the new claims emerged.
The publication added it has proof that the professional basketball player cheated on his 29-year-old wife with lawyer Polina Polonsky. The website also claims Ms Polonsky passed a lie detector test to prove she was telling the truth.
According to America's Star magazine, Odom and Polonsky first met on 2 June at Los Angeles' Roosevelt Hotel as it was reported the sports star was staying at the resort following marital troubles.
Polonsky is quoted as saying: "I was under the impression that he had left Khloe, and that's why he was living at the Roosevelt. He acted completely available and we definitely had a mutual attraction."
The brunette went on to say she had a six-week affair with Odom, but his wife was quick to discover his unfaithfulness. It is claimed Khloe and her mum Kris Jenner made an impromptu visit to the hotel and confronted the 33-year-old.
However, Polonsky said Odom was said to be "so infuriated" by his wife's behaviour that he temporarily moved into the lawyer's apartment, where he stayed until 8 July. It has been alleged that Khloe then discovered where her husband was staying and confronted him once again.
This is not the first time that Odom has been accused of cheating on his partner. It was previously claimed that he cheated on Khloe with 29-year-old Jennifer Richardson after meeting in a Washington DC strip club a year ago.
Kardashian married Odom in September 2009, exactly one month after they met at a party for the basketball player's teammate.
