The couple confirmed the news via a blog post on Tuesday (August 6).
Writing on raddestmom.com, Lisa wrote: "Jack and I are super excited to share with you all that we are expecting our second baby! I am in my second trimester, feeling great & trying not to eat everything in sight."
She added: "We feel so blesses that our family is growing & Pearl will have a little brother or sister to play with. It's crazy to think that we will soon be a family of four!"
27-year-old Jack, son of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, and his wife became parents for the first time in April 2012 following the birth of their daughter Pearl.
Later that year, in October, the couple married in Hawaii.
Osborne, who was also diagnosed with MS last year, recently celebrated ten years of sobriety and marked the occasion with a date night with his wife.
At the time, the television personality took to Twitter, writing: "Well I never thought this was gonna happen 10 years ago."
His wife retweeted the message before adding her own words of encouragement, saying: "Awesome date night w/my hubby @mrjackO to celebrate his 10th sober anniversary. So proud of my strong, inspiring man."
