The 72-year-old and his wife, 30-year-old Rosabella, welcomed their first child together on Thursday morning at London's Portland Hospital.
Stringfellow, who is a nightclub owner, have named their daughter Rosabella, after her mother.
The couple are said to be "overjoyed" with their new arrival.
In a statement, the father-of-three said: "We are overwhelmed with love for her."
Earlier this year, he confirmed they were expecting their first child together at a party held at one of his London nightclubs.
As the time, he said: "I am happy to announce, we just found out today, and I can think of no better place and friends to share it with, but we, and I mean the royal we, are pregnant. It's going to be an August baby."
Stringfellow married his wife, a former Royal Ballet dancer, in Barbados in 2009.
He previously married Norma Williams in 1960 but they divorced a few years later. They have one daughter together, Karen, who is now 50.
In 1967, Stringfellow married Coral Wright and they have one son together, Scott, who is a racecar driver. The couple divorced in 1984.
He also had a 12-year relationship with Frisbee Fox, which ended in 1996.
